We also offer your personal access to my.idealsmart.com portal containing your daily videos, cooking videos using both whole foods and the ideal protein foods, fitness videos, motivational and educational articles and opportunities to share and discuss your journey with other dieters on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method around the world. We stay connected with the best practices and make sure our dieters have access to the best and latest information, tools and technology available. We also utilize a Body Composition Analysis device which tracks your progress to insure you are losing fat every week but also maintaining lean and muscle mass while staying hydrated on the method.

About Tina and Dr. Peretz

Pounds Off Weight Loss was founded by Tina Peretz. Tina has always been health conscious. Even with her regular exercise routine, she put some weight on. She has tried many diets but none have been as efficient. This works and she wants to share her secret. Her mission is to help her clients lose weight and maintain it in a very friendly “boutique” atmosphere. Tina was introduced to the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method and together with her husband and daughter experienced much success*. About Dr. Peretz

Dr. David Peretz is a native Floridian. He was born in Hollywood, Florida and attended Nova High School in Ft. Lauderdale. Dr. Peretz earned his B.A. Degree from Duke University and was accepted into the University of Florida School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree in 1985. He has accumulated over 600 hours of Continuing Education credits over the 30 years of practicing dentistry.
